High-resolution print quality

The Videojet 2300 series printers combine high-resolution printing with a simple user interface. With a print resolution of 180 dpi and a maximum print height of 70 mm, these printers achieve the same quality standards as pre-printed information. Their design and construction ensure that the printers mark alphanumeric codes, bar codes and graphics in real-time, reliably and to a high quality on any type of packaging. The ink system, control unit and printhead form a small, compact unit.

Easy to operate

Simple user navigation enables fast and error-free message selection. The intuitive user interface with a touch screen display helps the user to avoid errors and increase throughput. The integrated technology enables the operation of up to four print heads via just one display and offers effective interfaces to other systems. Network capability (via TCP/IP) guarantees easy integration into a modern technical environment. Automatic printhead cleaning

The printhead is cleaned automatically during each print job before printing is carried out on the packaging, without affecting the rate of production or the throughput. The self-cleaning printheads continue to work through the job without the user having to clean, and without the associated downtime costs.
This unique self-maintaining printhead system guarantees reliable marking, even in dusty environments.

Low operating costs and maximum uptime

No ink is lost due to an ink recycling system, which ensures that all ink used during the automatic cleaning of the printhead is filtered and reused. This way, only for the ink that is actually used for printing is used. The air-driven ink system in the Videojet 2300 series printers eliminates the need for pumps, electromagnetic valves and other moving parts. Instead, only simple filters for basic maintenance are required. The packaging tracker and blocking system eliminate the risk of products with duplicated marking or uncoded products and therefore prevent ink losses and faults, such as those that can be caused when the product photocells are accidentally activated.
