Superior printing resolutions

With the G4100, previously unattained high printing resolutions of 1200 x 600 dpi are possible with printing heights of up to 108 mm at high production speeds.
With this resolution, images no longer look like a later addition, and personalised messages and graphics are incorporated seamlessly into offset printed materials. At printing speeds of up to 180 m/min, you can, for example, print up to 60,000 postcards per hour.

Automatic printhead cleaning

Integrated intelligent components monitor ink consumption and calculate when cleaning will be necessary. Feed-in is automatically interrupted and a self-cleaning process is triggered, which means that production no longer has to be stopped for cleaning. Together with a dual-cartridge system (2 x 775 ml) for the
ink supply, considerably lower costs are incurred per print than with conventional systems.

Extremely simple address creation

Via the G4100's simple user interface with an automatic address blocking function and database linkup, it is possible to set up a standardised 5-line address with a click of the mouse. The PDF check not only simplifies the positioning of the variable data but also converts the finished layout into a PDF file, which can be used without any problems for coordination with your customer.
