Clear marking on dark surfaces

Technology for special requirements
Marking with pigmented white, blue or yellow ink requires precise technology to prevent the colour pigments from building up or fading. High-quality coding and a printer that is always operational is offered with the Excel 2000 Opaque because the ink pigment is recirculated using a pump. This occurs continually during active operation, and cyclically when the device is switched off.
In addition, the mechanical components in the ink circuit have been reduced, which has also lowered the susceptibility to friction wear as a result of the ink pigments. Continuous monitoring of the ink viscosity is another factor that adds to the high quality that makes the Excel 2000 Opaque a printer for high contrast requirements.
Proven reliability
The technology used in the opaque is derived from the Excel 2000 and provides maximum print quality for up to four lines, even at high speeds. Thanks to automated environment customisation, the Excel series is extremely reliable. Up to 224 messages can be stored and printed at the touch of a button, so bar codes, numbers and logos can be easily printed on virtually any surface.
