NEW fibre laser markers

SMALL SOLUTION MEETS BIG DEMAND

Videojet fibre laser coder

Videojet is pleased to announce the launch of the new Videojet 7210 and 7310, fibre laser marking systems that are now available on the UK market.

Key benefits of these 10 and 20 watt pulsed lasers include:
  • Best-in-class ease of integration through smallest size and unrivalled mounting flexibility
  • Choice of features and options deliver broadest application range
  • Low maintenance and superior uptime due to an air-cooled, highly efficient and maintenance-free laser source

  • The 7210 and 7310 complement our laser marker portfolio with a low power solid-state laser marker solution that is especially capable of direct parts marking and unique identification coding on a wide range of metal, plastic and other hard-to-mark materials.

  • Small size for easy integration: Comes with the smallest available scan heads for 6 and 10 mm beam diameter and with straight-out or right-angle beam exits no one else offers. Optional scan heads deliver exceptionally large marking fields – also for high speed mark-on-the-fly applications. For stand-alone operation no PC is required, which saves space and increases reliability.
  • Versatility for broad application range: We can configure exactly the system our customers need – thanks to a choice of scan heads, beam orientations, focal length lenses, and two power levels. Powerful software allows for marking messages with automatically updated content (e.g. date, time, shift), symbols, graphics, foreign language fonts and the import of illustration or engineering files.
  • Superior reliability: The ultra-reliable fibre laser source eliminates conventional pump chamber maintenance. The high efficiency fibre laser source (less than 300VA) is internally fan cooled, eliminating downtime and maintenance of water coolers or external chillers.

  • The new Videojet fibre lasers give the answer to both market trends and customer demands: The fiber laser technology has rapidly gained acceptance in the industry with many customers directly asking for a fiber laser marking solution. Increasingly, customers are using smaller characters, require high beam quality, want a small integration footprint and flexible interfaces, plus the need to mark user information and legal requirements. Uptime requirements mandate high reliability, quick recovery, and maintenance-free operation. All of these demands favour fibre low power laser markers such as the new Videojet 7210 and 7310.

With the Videojet 7210 and 7310, Videojet offers two small and flexible low power fiber laser markers that are easy to integrate and provide unrivalled application flexibility and ensure high uptime.
